The objective of the 8th Annual Meeting of the International Cytokine & Interferon Society is to promote interactions between scientists performing cutting-edge studies of the molecular mechanisms of cytokine and interferon function, signal transduction, and gene expression in the context of health and disease. Working with the scientific advisory committee composed of leading investigators from academia and industry, an outstanding scientific program is planned. The Cytokines annual meeting has become the world’s most important annual conference on basic, clinical and translational research on cytokines and their roles in host defense, inflammation, tissue repair and cancer.

Journal of Interferon & Cytokine Research (JICR) provides authoritative peer-reviewed research, analysis, and commentary on the function of interferons (IFNs), immune cytokines, chemokines, and their gene and cell targets in mediating effector actions. The JICR is also a venue for reports on the therapeutic or pathogenic outcomes of IFN and cytokine regulation of innate and adaptive immunity. The JICR delivers current findings on emerging topics in this niche community, including systems biology and computational biology analyses of IFN and cytokines in health and disease, and the functions of interferon stimulated genes.
