Advancing Human-Robot Interaction: Empirical Insights and Innovative Applications 

The field of robotics is advancing at an unprecedented pace, with robots becoming increasingly integrated into various aspects of our lives. As robots transition from isolated machines to interactive entities, there is a growing need to explore and understand the complex dynamics of human-robot interaction. This is particularly critical in scenarios where the robot is working close together with a person, such as assistive robots for rehabilitation and industrial applications, collaborative robots, surgical robots, teleoperation, and service robots.

Robotics Reports invites researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to submit manuscripts on human-robot interaction, with emphasis on empirical validations. The journal aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from diverse disciplines to present their latest research, advancements, and insights in these critical areas.

We invite authors to submit original research articles and review papers related to the following topics, but not limited to:

•    Human-robot teaming and collaboration
•    Robot learning in human-robot interaction
•    Robots for human augmentation
•    Ethics in human-robot interaction research

Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality, original manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of human-robot interaction, ethical robotics, and social robotics. Please refer to our Instructions for Authors before submitting your manuscript.
